Health Reports
Metric AI’s Health Reports feature enables project managers to capture, visualize, and communicate the overall status of their projects in a clear and consistent way. By leveraging color coding, customizable sections, and custom fields, you can quickly spot potential issues and keep stakeholders informed at every level - whether you’re focusing on a single project, a group of tags, or the entire organization.
Project, Tag, and Organization View
Filter and view Health Reports across various scopes:
- Project View: Dive into the health of a specific project to see real-time updates from managers, along with identified risks and progress indicators.
- Tag View: Group related projects or tasks under a specific tag (e.g., by client, department, or product line) to assess their collective status and challenges.
- Organization View: Get a holistic overview of all Health Reports across your company, enabling leadership to quickly gauge overall performance and focus on high-level risks.
Color Coding to Identify Risks
Use intuitive color coding to highlight project health—green for “on track,” yellow for “caution,” and red for “risk.” These simple visual cues allow everyone to instantly understand a project’s status, even when scanning multiple Health Reports at once.
Default Sections
Metric AI provides default sections to guide you in structuring your Health Reports, including:
- Overall: A general overview of the project’s state.
- Client: Notes and status updates specifically related to client interactions or satisfaction.
- Scope: Insights into whether the project is remaining within the agreed scope.
- Schedule: Highlights progress against the timeline or key milestones.
These default sections ensure that your team consistently captures the most essential data points for each project.
Create New Custom Sections
Tailor Health Reports to your organization’s needs by adding custom sections. Whether it’s for risk assessment, budget tracking, or team feedback, new sections help capture the unique details that matter most to your specific workflows and stakeholders.
Custom Fields
Further customize your Health Reports by defining custom fields. These might include specific metrics, priority levels, or other project attributes. Adding custom fields enables you to track unique KPIs or data points, providing deeper insights into each project’s performance and potential risks.
