Dashboards Overview
Dashboards provide a powerful and flexible way to visualize and track key business metrics in real-time. With customizable widgets like cards, charts, and tables, users can easily monitor important data, apply filters, and generate reports tailored to their needs. Dashboards are designed to be shared, duplicated, and even created with the help of AI, making it simple to gain insights and collaborate with your team.
Available Widgets

Cards: This widget displays a single value for any selected metric, providing a quick snapshot of key data. For example, you can display total revenue, logged hours, or other important KPIs.

Charts: The chart widget allows you to visualize the progression of various metrics over time. You can choose from different types of charts (e.g., bar, line, area) to track trends and compare data sets over periods.

Tables: Tables offer a structured way to present more detailed data, with two primary table types:
- Lists: Create customized lists that show data such as Projects, Deals, Expenses, Invoices, People, and Timesheets. Lists are highly flexible and can be tailored to include the columns most relevant to your needs.
- Reports: This table type lets you present various metric values in a detailed and organized format. You can apply filters, group data, and customize the columns to present information in the most useful way. Reports offer advanced customization options to help you get the most insight from your data.
Filters and Date Range Periods
- Dashboards allow you to apply filters across all widgets, enabling you to focus on specific data sets, such as by project, client, department, or employee.
- You can also set the Date Range Period to view data for a particular timeframe (e.g., this year, last week, month up to date, next quarter).
Duplication and Sharing
- Dashboards can be duplicated for convenience. This allows users to create new dashboards based on existing ones, saving time on setup and customization.

AI-Generated Dashboards
The system also supports AI-generated dashboards, allowing users to automatically generate a dashboard based on predefined criteria or textual input. This feature simplifies the creation process by using AI to intelligently select widgets and metrics that match your requirements.
